Package deal
Feb. 23rd, 2004 09:43 pmI had a letter to send to Wolfram and Hart so I said I'd help Grant_Douglas collect some stuff and got a lift to the Post Office. There was a big box on the pavement rocking and making noises.
OK, it's Sunnydale. I didn't get a chance to decide whether to walk on by. Grant was right on it. When he got the box open - it was that ditzy blonde vampire! Well, he walked her over to the car and practically tucked her in! He must know, surely? Anyway, he's the werewolf that cut off the Lamia's head. I guess he can look after himself.
He let me claim the box. I stripped off enough stamps to ship over 60 kilos to England! I won't have to pay postage on anything for years! I bought some paste in the Post Office, sent my package to LA and pocketed the rest. That worked out OK, too - he was just putting the stuff he came for on the rack when I came out.
I got the crate, too. That's solid. I can set another GEC trap when I get back. The Boss wanted more.
