I seem to have done quite well after all. The glamour I got from the Magic Box works. It's a "Changing Shades". I still look like a child, but a different child. I can't use it when I want to use the ID that says I'm 25, though, so I didn't have on it when I went to the bar for a drink. I was looking for work, news, anything.
So, I ran into the Boss - who'd been looking for me to pay me, would you believe? So I got pay, bonuses, and now I'm put on retainer by him as well as well as Wolfram and Hart! He wants to get some tonic snacks for his wife before he leaves, so I said I'd handle that.
(Diran do not minion, not even if we're starving - Diran don't starve very often, either. Our training prevents that. But the big bosses tend to be impractical about things, and if they pay to get them done, why not?)
